Aaron Bachenheimer 

Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life & Community Involvement

Aaron grew up right here in Chapel Hill, NC. He graduated from Appalachian State University in 1996 and moved to Wyoming where he worked in real estate and property management, as well as serving as a youth counselor. After Wyoming, Aaron went on to Miami University (OH) where he earned his master's degree in College Student Personnel. Before coming to Carolina in 2009, he served as Assistant Dean of Students at Hampden-Sydney College and Assistant Director of Organizational Leadership Development at Appalachian State. He is currently a full-time doctoral student in NC State's Higher Education Administration program.

Responsibilities include:

  • Advisor to: IFC Council Executive Board
  • Advisor to IFC Chapters: officers and chapter presidents
  • IFC formal recruitment
  • OFSL&CI educational seminars and workshops
  • Alumni, community, national relations
  • Chapel Hill Police Department, Chapel Hill Fire Department, Public safety relations
  • Fire safety and emergency response
  • Greek wide special events, programs and workshops                     

 

Jermisha Dodson   

Coordinator of Fraternity and Sorority Life

Jermisha is a native of North Carolina and a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Upon graduation Jermisha attended North Carolina State University for her Master's degree in higher education administration, which she received in spring 2009. Jermisha came to Carolina this spring after serving at both Radford University and St. Augustine. She thoroughly enjoys being part of the Carolina community and working with phenomenal students!

Responsibilities include:

  • Advisor to: Panhellenic and NPHC council executive boards
  • Advisor to Panhellenic chapters: officers and chapter presidents
  • Panhellenic Formal Recruitment
  • NPHC Recruitment & Intake
  • OFSL&CI educational seminars and workshops

  • Chapel Hill Police Department, Chapel Hill Fire Department, Public safety relations
  • Fire safety & emergency response
  • Greek wide special events, programs and workshops

 Brittney Bahlman

 Coordinator of Fraternity and Sorority Life

Brittney is a graduate of Northwestern University where she served as the President of Northwestern's Panhellenic Association and was an active member of Delta Gamma. Upon graduation Brittney attended the University of Alabama for her Master's degree in higher education administration, which she received in May 2011. While at UA, Brittney co-advised the school's Panhellenic Association and was the sole advisor to the executive board of the United Greek Council.

Audrey Walker
Graduate Assistant

Audrey is originally from Bronxville, New York. She graduated from Washington & Lee University in Lexington,VA in 2005 where she was a varsity athlete in track and field and an active member of Chi Omega, serving as Chapter President her Senior year. After college Audrey worked in New York City as a segment producer for a children's television program, before moving to Raleigh in the summer of 2011 to pursue a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration at North Carolina State University. She began work at Carolina in August 2011, and looks forward to gaining knowledge and new experiences within the Carolina community!

Responsibilities:

  • Co-Advisor to GAC, NPHC, and Panhellenic
  • Advisor to Greek Week and the Greek Week steering committee
  • Advisor to Greek honor societies: Order of Omega and Gamma Sigma Alpha
  • Chapter contact for community service, philanthropy and scholarship
  • Assist with Greek wide programming
  • Chapter Excellence Awards

  • DTH relations and communications
